This new film studio is located near Houston's Midtown. The steel structure with concrete cladding replaces a run down metal shed housing a bakery.  The pre-cast concrete is molded in the shape of a curtain alluding the the nature of the building and adding depth and tactility to the street level. Roof decks and balconies, permeable paving and EV charging stations contribute to the building's sustainable amenities. A state of the art three-story green-screen and technical editing capabilites will put an emerging film company at the top of the game in Houston.
