This modest 1970s Patio Home alongside a golf course was transformed by clearing the interior of isolating partitions and providing a generous and bright entertaining area. Sliding doors engage private walled courtyards, giving the home a feeling of more space than the 2000sf allotted to the ground floor. The existing 500sf of the second floor was augmented by a vaulted gallery, spilling light down into the Entry and adjacent Kitchen.
